Wild cards are identified by number. They are ordered by suits, then rank. Aces are low. The order of the suits is clubs, diamonds, hearts, spades(alphabetical order). So, the Ace of Clubs is 1, Deuce of Clubs is 2, ..., Ace of Diamonds is 14, Deuce of Diamonds is 15, ..., King of Spades is 52. A Joker is 53. There can be up to 10 wilds, including multiple Jokers.

Paylines that have the same description are combined into one pay line; any hand meeting the criteria for any of the combined lines will payoff at the last line's payoff schedule(the payoff for all the previous combined lines are discarded). There can be up to 13 distinct paylines. The first row of the payoff table is ignored.
